These terms and conditions apply to the solot baji platform and all services under it. "Platform" refers to the solot baji website, mobile app and all related digital services. "User" refers to any person who has registered or is using the service.

By accessing or starting to use the solot baji platform, the user is considered to have given full consent to these terms. If any user disagrees with any part of these terms, they are requested not to use the platform.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If any dispute arises, both parties will attempt to resolve it through discussion. These terms form a legally binding agreement between solot baji and the user.

2.1 Registration

To open an account at solot baji, accurate and complete information must be provided. Each person may operate only one account. If a person opens more than one account, solot baji reserves the right to close both or all accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.

2.2 Account Security

The user is fully responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Any breach of account security or unauthorised access must be reported to the support team immediately. solot baji will not be liable for any loss resulting from a third party using the account.

2.3 Information Verification

solot baji may at any time request a national ID card, passport or other government-issued document to verify a user's identity. Withdrawal requests may be held until the verification process is complete. Providing false information will result in account termination.

All betting and casino services at solot baji are available only to persons aged 21 or above (21+). No person under the age of 21 may open an account or use the service.

At registration or at any time thereafter, solot baji may request a national ID card or birth registration certificate as proof of age. Providing false information about age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

If solot baji becomes aware that an account is being used by a minor, solot baji will immediately suspend that account and take the applicable steps.

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits at solot baji can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.
• The deposit method and withdrawal method are not required to be the same, however all transactions must be made in the name of the account holder.
• If any active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, the withdrawal may be held.
• In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, solot baji may request additional verification.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to the bonus, meaning winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after betting 15 times the bonus amount.

For example: a ৳1,000 deposit receives a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering requirement is ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts using the same IP address or the same payment method, all such accounts will be terminated.
• solot baji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if irregularities or a breach of terms is found.

5.3 VIP Cashback

The solot baji VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is provided at each level, calculated based on net losses for that week. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum and 1.5% at Diamond.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

solot baji processes all accepted bets after confirmation. If a bet is not calculated correctly due to a technical error, or if incorrect odds are displayed, solot baji reserves the right to void or correct that bet.

6.2 Slots and Casino Games

All slots, live casino and other games available on the solot baji platform are operated by accredited software providers. Each game has its own RTP and rules. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

6.3 Sports Betting

The applicable rules when betting on cricket, football and other sports are clearly stated in each market. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally refunded, however the specific rules for each event will apply.

6.4 Incorrect Odds or Prices

solot baji reserves the right to void bets placed on obviously incorrect odds (resulting from human error, feed error or system error). In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned to the user's account.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited. If proven, the account will be terminated and funds forfeited:

• Operating multiple accounts or opening an account under another person's identity.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Exploiting bonus terms by taking advantage through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate the system using any software or technique.
• Attempting unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Spreading false information to damage the reputation of solot baji.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

solot baji may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms is breached.
• If identity or age cannot be verified.
• If suspicious activity is detected in the interest of account security.
• If the user registers for self-exclusion using the responsible gaming tools.

8.2 User Appeals

The user may contact the support team regarding account termination. Where applicable, solot baji will consider restoring the account after verification.

solot baji will not be liable for the following:

• Bets or game sessions affected by internet disconnection or network problems.
• Loss resulting from the user leaving their own account information unprotected.
• Issues arising from third-party software or payment gateways.
• Game sessions interrupted due to unexpected technical errors.

However, if a user suffers financial loss due to an error in solot baji's own system, solot baji will make reasonable efforts to resolve that loss.
